Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless noted. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders placed at an incorrect price. An order is a binding purchase offer; acceptance occurs when payment is captured and your order status becomes Paid.

OEM and wholesale terms

Custom OEM productions (private-label scarf runs) require a signed specification sheet and a 50% deposit. Lead times and minimums are quoted per run and are not returnable once weaving has started, except for defects in workmanship.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe; PayPal is also accepted. We never store card numbers. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of return approval.

Returns

Unused, unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom and monogrammed pieces are final sale.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
