• Payment tokens: gateway references only (Stripe/PayPal); never card numbers.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, provide tracking updates, handle returns and claims, prevent fraud, and - only with your consent - send marketing email. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

• Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or your chosen custom carrier) - address and phone for delivery.
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) - amount and order reference.
• Infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) - hosting, under contractual confidentiality.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes; marketing consents until withdrawn. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at privacy@example.com.
