What we collect

• Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, order contents.
• Payment tokens: gateway references only (Stripe/PayPal); never card numbers.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, provide tracking updates, handle returns and claims, prevent fraud, and - only with your consent - send marketing email. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

• Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or your chosen custom carrier) - address and phone for delivery.
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) - amount and order reference.
• Infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) - hosting, under contractual confidentiality.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes; marketing consents until withdrawn. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at privacy@example.com.

When you ask us to delete your data, we remove your name, email, shipping address, phone number, saved addresses, saved cart and account, and we detach any reviews you left. We keep the order records themselves - what was bought, for how much, when, and the tax on it - because those are accounting records we are required to keep, and because a sale that vanished from our books would be a worse problem than one kept with the buyer's name removed. The shipping address is reduced to the state and country so the tax we charged can still be explained.

Cookies

We set only the cookies needed to run the shop: your cart, your language choice, and your sign-in if you use an account. There are no analytics, advertising or social cookies, so there is nothing optional to decline. The full list is on the cookies page.
