Shipping policy

Silk & Loom OEM scarf studio - effective January 2026

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are picked and packed the same day. Made-to-order and monogrammed items require 3-5 business days before dispatch.

Carriers and rates

We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and selected regional carriers. Shipping cost is calculated from the actual shipment weight (each scarf weighs about 7 oz) and your address, using live rates from the carrier rating APIs at checkout. Orders of 50 pieces or more (in total quantity across all lines) ship free with standard service within the continental US. Smaller orders are charged the actual carrier rate quoted at checkout.

Delivery estimates

• US standard: 3-7 business days
• US expedited: 2 business days
• International: 7-14 business days (customs and duties are the recipient's responsibility)

Tracking

Every shipment gets a tracking number, visible on your order status page. If a package shows no movement for 10 business days, contact support and we will open a carrier investigation or file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Lost or damaged packages

Orders are insured to their declared value. For lost shipments we re-ship or refund after the carrier's investigation window (typically 8 business days). For damage, keep the packaging and photo-document the item - claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
